top notch customer service experience! Ordered from ShopVejii for the first time a couple weeks ago & I could not be more happy with the experience! I was so excited that I could order even frozen vegan/vegetarian items and have them delivered! I live in a very rural area in the midwest, so as you can imagine trying to find vegan items is a challenge! Even though my package sat in front of my house on an almost 80 degree day for several hours, everything was still cold! I did end up missing one item that I had ordered and I contacted ShopVejii and they refunded my account right away. Can't wait to place another order!

A gold standard company! I have ordered several times from Veggii. They have a wonderful and large selection of vegan food I am unable to get where I live. Recently an order came to me with a problem. They corrected the problem within an hour and reshipped my order. It was excellent customer service and a gold standard for a company that stands behind their products. I would highly recommend Veggii.

I had a question about my order, as it kept coming up with something I was not expecting, so I called customer service to see what I should do.
