Meat and dairy products deemed safe to eat after being unrefrigerated for at least 36 hours I recently placed an order which was due for delivery yesterday (they charge a whopping £8 next day delivery fee) but did not show up nor did DHL provide any information on what the hold up was nor a new ETA. Since I had ordered meat and dairy products which would not keep unrefrigerated for this length of time I contacted German Deli for a refund for these items only (not least since this was now the second time that the order had been delayed). Rude Andrea fobbed me off by telling me the items would still be fine for consumption. She was unwilling to issue a refund unless I would return the items at my cost. So asking me to waste even more money on the failings of their delivery partner.... Let's hope that Brexit will take care of this company over the coming months and they will see where their arrogance gets them

The German Deli So happy they have moved in our neck of the woods. I get all kinds of products, including fresh yeast, flour, baked breads, German speciality items, and delicious cheesecake.

Prices are super okay & professional packaging Prices are super okay. What I love apart from the food: they pack everything so professional: all the cold stuff was delivered with ice and super safe packed. Love them, also the ready meals are good to take to work and the sausages are out of this world: try the beef sausages, you will die (positive way). Also, the website runs so smoothly, very happy. Received wrong items. Several items I ordered have been replaced with something else without asking me. Very disappointing to receive items I've never asked for. Found a much better German website. Customer service is great and they also offer free shipping. I will never order from GermanDeli again.

I went to the bakery I went to the store in Huntington Beach and spoke with Kevin. Ordered a custom cake that exceeded my expectations. Everyone loved it. Thank you for the great job Kevin!
