Kept sending several emails and they kept saying how customs takes a long time - However never 7 weeks. GBHorrible company Horrible company. Even after 6 weeks, no trace of my order. They are blaming DHL and DHL is playing deaf ! German store pretends package is in US with post office despite post office saying they only have label, never received the package. Germandelistore is extremely bad in responding too. Took 3 emails before they even responded! Very bad company.
