Meals arrived a week later than… Meals arrived a week later than promised and over two weeks after ordered. They arrived poorly packed without any cool packs and looked as if they had been thrown into the box. Two meals did not have the rubber band keeping the containers closed so half the chicken verde meals were spilled in the shipping box. Cauliflower rice everywhere. No cooking directions were on the label and labels were haphazardly placed as well. My son said they taste ok, but these are definitely NOT worth what I paid, and the entire ordering/receiving process seems very shady. I regret having ordered and will not order again.

I placed my first order in August 2021… I placed my first order in August 2021 it is now October 2021 and I have not received my first order and the company has been taking money from my account and not delivering/shipping my order. I have sent Debye mails asking them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. I had to alert my bank of the fraudulent transaction because the company has not responded to my emails regarding refunding my money.

Tasteless Like so many others my meals came in late.The meals were horrible and tasteless. The meats were like rubber. I have order keto meals before from other places and they were delicious. I literal threw away 13 meals of the 15 because they tasted so bad. Wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

Meals not properly sealed and inadequate packaging. The meals I ordered were in flimsy cheap-looking pressed-cardboard containers with loose lids that were not sealed at all, so the containers had opened up during delivery. As a result, food had spilled out into the carton. Although the items did arrive chilled, there were no cold packs or dry ice in the delivery carton at all, only shredded paper. This appears to be an amateur company that doesn't even know how to properly seal their food in first-class containers and has very inadequate packaging. I will not be ordering food from them again, and I recommend that no one else does, either!

Are you kidding me asking for a review Are you kidding me asking for a review? You charged my credit card immediately for $150! Then no confirmation of the order, nothing came after 14 days. REPEATED attempts by chat, email and phone (which doesn't actually exist) went totally unanswered. Reported to BBB and had to do a dispute claim with my cc company. What a total scam
