The service is great The service is great. Food arrives as expected and is prepackaged, ready to pop in the oven. I would give 5 stars if the online chat was a bit better and the food came with cooking instructions. On average, if you cook at 350F for 3o minutes, take it out and check it, you may need an additional 10-15 minutes of cook time. I would also give 5 stars if you were able to choose from all the food offerings when selecting a meal plan. Instead you are limited in the choices when selecting a meal plan.

Meals arrived a week later than… Meals arrived a week later than promised and over two weeks after ordered. They arrived poorly packed without any cool packs and looked as if they had been thrown into the box. Two meals did not have the rubber band keeping the containers closed so half the chicken verde meals were spilled in the shipping box. Cauliflower rice everywhere. No cooking directions were on the label and labels were haphazardly placed as well. My son said they taste ok, but these are definitely NOT worth what I paid, and the entire ordering/receiving process seems very shady. I regret having ordered and will not order again.

Very Disappointed I was so happy to find a meal delivery that was just for Keto. Boy have I been disappointed. I read through a few of these comments and have to admit I am a little lucky. I did get my 1st order. I did also receive my 2nd, but there wasn't a speck of ice. It was still cool, but not frozen. I had received a 'delivery exception' email. Whatever that means... I finally got a response from them and they were going to replace the order with something extra. Like a previous reviewer, it was supposed to be delivered Sept 21. Never showed. Tried to reply to the last email and it bounced. Looked at the website and they say they have moved across the country. Have a feeling they may have folded. Best bet is 518 Kitchen. Really good and fast.

Are you kidding me asking for a review Are you kidding me asking for a review? You charged my credit card immediately for $150! Then no confirmation of the order, nothing came after 14 days. REPEATED attempts by chat, email and phone (which doesn't actually exist) went totally unanswered. Reported to BBB and had to do a dispute claim with my cc company. What a total scam

Delicious Mesls I got an e mail when to expect my order. It arrived on time. Got an e mail when it was delivered. So far all the meals have been delicious. I need to read the ingredients more carefully though since some entrees include milk products which I can’t have normally. I did eat it though and it was amazing. As long as their service is like the first order I would definitely order more meals.
