Rotten lobsters for $150 and refused to correct the problem. Crooks. We received five lobsters around Christmas containing an empty plastic package with no dry ice in the afternoon, We kept them refrigerated until the next day. When cooked, the meat was complete mush that smelled rotten, we obviously could not eat them. Ruined our birthday celebration They refused to give us a refund. Our bank card finally had to charge them back after a six week battle, The fish was bad and they acted like crooks.

Dishonest Business -- Do not use This company is extremely dishonest and not deserving of your business. They overcharged my credit card after falsely advertising their pricing and refused to make it right. Of course I found out after they have an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau and now I know why. I wish I had checked that beforehand. Stay away.

Total scam business Total scam business! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, somewhere that’s more reputable and honest! I spent almost $180 for 9 lbs of Dungeness crab legs, and got 3 complete clusters out of the whole 9 pounds—the rest were broken badly, or just some little individual leg scraps that were broken off! I was offered nothing but 1 poor excuse after another about how it “could” have happened during the shipping process, even though, the shipping and packaging were the ONLY things that were actually acceptable! Save your money instead of wasting it at this place!

Birthday Gift My boyfriend (a native New Englander) suprised his desert rat girl with two delicious live lobsters (meat was sweet), clam chowder, lobster bisque, crab cakes, haddock (which is not easily found here in Vegas) and whoopie pies for my birthday... The soups were exceptional as were the crab cakes... We will absolutely be ordering again../ This will hold our cravings til our yearly trip back to Boston / Maine / New Hampshire...

Best seafood!! I've been ordering for years and got nervous when I read the recent reviews. My Christmas eve lobster tails were amazing. The only issue I noticed was that the shrimp were farm raised in Vietnam so I was skeptical but they were delicious.
