GBMy sister surprised me on my birthday… My sister surprised me on my birthday with 5 large, perfect live lobsters. They were delivered during a raging snowstorm (Denver) in pristine condition. We truly enjoyed every bite. The lobsters were chock full of sweet meat. Can’t beat a Maine lobster. I will be ordering again. No hesitations.

GBHad to accept delivery of rotting shellfish FedEx failed to deliver my order as scheduled on Friday. Instead they delivered rotting lobster rolls on Monday. Maine Lobsters Now insisted that I take delivery of the reeking box in order to receive a refund. Be aware that you risk having to keep a disgusting box at your house until your next trash day if you order from them.

GBDishonest Business -- Do not use This company is extremely dishonest and not deserving of your business. They overcharged my credit card after falsely advertising their pricing and refused to make it right. Of course I found out after they have an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau and now I know why. I wish I had checked that beforehand. Stay away.

GBHalf the time some of my lobsters… Half the time some of my lobsters arrive dead and you are only reimbursed for the lobster not the Ins or packaging so you end paying almost 40 dollars per lobster. Plus it really screws up your special occasion UPDATE--leaky freezer bags probably killed the lobster. Lobster Now and myself did reach a monetary agreement. I will give them another try.
