I received my order of olive oil this… I received my order of olive oil this morning that I ordered 10 days ago, when it arrived via UPS the package and the two oils inside were hot, I am very disappointed that the company would not use better isolation when sending their products to Southern California.

I'm incredibly picky about olive oil, and I need to use it for several weeks before I know how it works in different recipes. So far the oil I've received from them passes with flying colours. poor customer service Olive oil lovers has become a true Olive Oil trafficing with little to no customer service, if you think you're going to get a customer service agent to take a phone call so you can ask questions about oil before buying guess again. They rely solely on email which is the new snail mail. When a customer is trying to decide on a purchase they need to speak with someone at that moment not days later when customer service decides it's time to get back to you. If not for the poor customer service I would continue to buy from them. But immediate customer service with the ability to take phone calls nowadays is the most important thing. Peggy
