So I love my meal service as I'm the worlds dumbest person in the kitchen. But I had to fly out to Seattle, WA from my home in sunny Tampa, FL for an extended (2-3 months) business trip and forgot about my meals! Within minutes PJ had canceled my order due to deliver in Florida in four days, applied those credits to my next order that'll deliver in eleven days to me in Washington. How much better can it get! Excellent Customer Service Well, I was a trying to get meals for here at work for a healthier lunch. I had taken a break from deliveries at home. Awesome service with PJ There was a mishap where when I rejoins Freshly a 2nd subscription was activated and I was confused when I had a random order of food arrive. PJ helped to sort it all out and get me on track by canceling one subscription and helping me place a correct order with my existing subscription and my preferred meals. It was very quick and they were super helpful.

I didn't skip my order in time, but they helped me anyway! I didn't skip my order in time, so I went through the automated/chat process. They automated system let me know it was too late since I had already been charged. I requested a customer support agent, and Stacy B corrected the problem right away and gave me a credit for the full amount of my order. I was really grateful. Above and beyond customer service.
