GBExcellent Customer Service Well, I was a trying to get meals for here at work for a healthier lunch. I had taken a break from deliveries at home. The customer service rep, Jess, sorted all my issues out over their chat system. From number of deliveries to best delivery strategy, she took care of everything. GBDenise handled a first-box oops with grace! Received my first box and, unfortunately, most of the meals were incorrect. Denise was an absolute gem helping me out! She confirmed the customization deadline for me, assured I didn't miss it, and owned up to a fulfillment swapping mistake. Denise was kind, efficient, and a pleasure to speak with.
