MXI didn't skip my order in time, but they helped me anyway! I didn't skip my order in time, so I went through the automated/chat process. They automated system let me know it was too late since I had already been charged. I requested a customer support agent, and Stacy B corrected the problem right away and gave me a credit for the full amount of my order. I was really grateful. Above and beyond customer service. GBAn amazing food delivery service An amazing food delivery service. Always on time and delicious. To be honest, i was skeptical when i first signed up. But have not regretted the decision even a little. Great for convenience and times when i don’t want even think about what i will be eating. Offering a free trial too, i cannot see a downside for trying them out.

GBDenise handled a first-box oops with grace! Received my first box and, unfortunately, most of the meals were incorrect. Denise was an absolute gem helping me out! She confirmed the customization deadline for me, assured I didn't miss it, and owned up to a fulfillment swapping mistake. Denise was kind, efficient, and a pleasure to speak with.
