A good atmosphere and the serving was delicious! A good atmosphere and the serving was delicious! A good atmosphere and the serving was delicious. The servings were delicious, and a good atmosphere for the kids! They make things healthier by using veggie products instead of regular starches. The cauliflower noodle pasta dish and cauliflower mash are outstanding! Food is packed very nicely and food safety here is really good and important for this company. I am extremely happy with this food service!

Thank you, Joyce for the best service!! Today I totally forgot to cancel my order and was charged for the food. I contacted customer service and got Joyce via the customer service online chat option. Joyce asked what I needed and I reported that I forgot to cancel my subscription and need to cancel the food order. She informed me within 10 seconds that this is done. She even anticipated my next need of a refund and she made it happen. Thank you, Joyce for your excellent service today and for Freshly for having an amazing team to help!

PJ was awesome PJ was awesome. We are using Freshly for my mother who is 90 and lives independently. Having fresh made meals is very helpful and the fact that the nutritional content can be evaluated for each meal, makes it easy to select low sodium options. PJ helped me with changing my order and then showed me how to select meals by filtering by the sodium content. Wonderful.

Awesome service with PJ There was a mishap where when I rejoins Freshly a 2nd subscription was activated and I was confused when I had a random order of food arrive. PJ helped to sort it all out and get me on track by canceling one subscription and helping me place a correct order with my existing subscription and my preferred meals. It was very quick and they were super helpful.

I didn't skip my order in time, but they helped me anyway! I didn't skip my order in time, so I went through the automated/chat process. They automated system let me know it was too late since I had already been charged. I requested a customer support agent, and Stacy B corrected the problem right away and gave me a credit for the full amount of my order. I was really grateful. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you!
