An amazing food delivery service An amazing food delivery service. Always on time and delicious. To be honest, i was skeptical when i first signed up. But have not regretted the decision even a little. Great for convenience and times when i don’t want even think about what i will be eating. Offering a free trial too, i cannot see a downside for trying them out.

Awesome service with PJ There was a mishap where when I rejoins Freshly a 2nd subscription was activated and I was confused when I had a random order of food arrive. PJ helped to sort it all out and get me on track by canceling one subscription and helping me place a correct order with my existing subscription and my preferred meals. It was very quick and they were super helpful.

Constant spam emails. I'm not even a customer here, but this bloody company keep sending me emails with latest offers (i don't know exactly what because I just bin them straight away anyway). Unsubscribing does nothing. Blocking the senders email does nothing because the next email comes from a slightly different address and skips the block. What a pile of crap. Carpetbombing emails hit loads of people you don't need to and aren't going to win you any customers. save youe marketing for your target audience or existing customers, and stop pissing off people who you will never have as a customer.

The food is seriously amazing! The food is seriously amazing!! The portions are just the right size so you don’t still feel hungry after. Everything I have tried has been delicious. Plus they make things healthier by using veggie products in place of regular starches. The cauliflower noodle pasta dishes and cauliflower mash are outstanding! The food comes packed very nicely and always cold upon arrival so you can feel confident that food safety really does matter to this company. I highly recommend this food service!
