She was very polite and professional, we didnt feel rushed and you could tell she had a smile on her face and not a forced one! Customer Service these days has gone downhill so getting her on our call and not the automated system was great! I'm glad there are still some people who like their job and enjoy helping people! GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! Long holds, inability to help with multiple call backs and inconsistent answers every time we call. Requiring me to re- explain everything all over again and getting the wrong information every time. Worse yet, my issue still has not been resolved!
