GBGreat experience I truly appreciated the exceptional customer service I received. It was among the best I've ever encountered. Even after I hung up, I received a callback, and the representative provided me with all the necessary information. It was evident they cared for my needs. I ended the call feeling well-informed. Later, when I had to call again, another person assisted me with a bright attitude and friendliness. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, deserving more than five stars.

GBFast responses, easy to understand My previous employment rolled my retirement over to Inspira Financial. I had to call to get access because some of my information had changed and I was super pleased with the change! Their representatives answered my call right away and didn’t spend forever updating my information! And it was nice to talk to someone I could easily understand. Very happy with the service!

GBAmber was awesome Amber was awesome, she helped us when we called with no issues. She was very polite and professional, we didnt feel rushed and you could tell she had a smile on her face and not a forced one! Customer Service these days has gone downhill so getting her on our call and not the automated system was great! I'm glad there are still some people who like their job and enjoy helping people! Thanks Amber!

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! Long holds, inability to help with multiple call backs and inconsistent answers every time we call. Requiring me to re- explain everything all over again and getting the wrong information every time. Worse yet, my issue still has not been resolved!

GBEfficient chat and email. Fees high though I have a pleasant experience with customer service on inspira today. I was frustrated because it was impossible or seemed impossible to actually reach to person. But I did receive the text back and sent an email and someone to call me back that was able to help me. I guess this is the way of the future where companies screen out calls, and really try to decrease the work staff. But they did a good job in this instance. My experience was inspire a specifically has been brief. I had earlier experience with millennium trust and I think they were acquired by inspira. Anyhow, I just feel that the fees are a bit high for the service that you get. My other self-directed IRA company provides lots of CE and networking opportunities and there’s other value that’s added for the annual fee which is actually lower thanthis. So I’m moving my investments over.
