GBPoor Customer service Poor Customer service , After Being a customer for over 15 Years we decided to switch suppliers as the deals offered were much better elsewhere. All XLN Tried to do is keep us tied in , even after agreeing to a full cancellation they claimed that we did not cancel the broadband as it was a seperate contract which it clearly was not. In the end it was too much to keep calling them and being passed around for more convincing to keep our contract. I ended up paying for 3 months extra even though the services were never used. Glad to be finally rid of them

GBWe dealt with Samuel today and he was… We dealt with Samuel today and he was so helpful and made our enquiry very easy. He explained everything clearly and concisely and took the time to make sure we understood the steps of the process. He moved the call along at a great pace without neither rushing us or dragging out the process. Very happy with the call today and the manner in which we were dealt with. Thanks again Samuel for being such a great help, we appreciate it.

GBShouldn’t have jumped off the wagon. Why I didnt renegotiate a new deal with Xln I’ll never know. I shopped around and found a cheaper supplier…for now. However I’m paying the price for my stupidity. I have to jump through seemingly endless loops to talk to someone at my new supplier and when I do they give you more loops to jump through. This is not the case with Xln. I’ve never found them difficult to get hold of and when you do talk with them, each agent takes responsibility for your enquiry. They even called me back after looking into something for me. I spent a good few years ignoring the constant (at the time) marketing calls from Xln. A friend of mine recommended them so I gave in. What a pleasant surprise. Brilliant customer service. Worth paying a little more for (?).
