Apologies if not, but she was excellent from start of call till the end,very helpful, explained everything in good detail & made the whole process very easy. A really lovely pleasant person to deal with as was the gentleman that helped me with my credit card terminal again excellent at his job.

GBNo broadband for three weeks No broadband for three weeks. No landlines for five weeks, and ongoing. Cancellation charge made, although we are still with xln. After many years of impeccable - if expensive - service this has now collapsed after being taken over by Daisy. 30 minute waits to speak to a real person make it impractical to sort it out. Bots and chatlines don't seem able to solve problems. 2 star rating given only because we did finally manage to get our broadband. Much time wasted trying to get a resolution.

GBMurkart needs the recognition he… Murkart needs the recognition he deserves . He was understanding knowledgeable and caring in his manner . He took the time and patience to deal with my issue of nearly 4 weeks of having no business land line he sorted this out for me . Something no other member of staff could do after nearly 4 weeks of continuous calls and e-mails . He was amazing and should be a valued member of your team .
