GBThey carry hard to find items but items… They carry hard to find items but items are always late. They seem to charges the highest price for shipping, but use the most unreliable carriers. So a 1 week estimated delivery turns into 1months or even longer. Still waiting for our orders which seems to be lost in Texas. Will probably have to reorder from another suppliers to get our items here faster.

GBEspresso machine down Ordered new baskets for our portafilters. I thought I might have ordered the wrong type since I have both a single and double portafilter. The baskets fit both! I found the price very reasonable and no hassle delivery was great. We haven't been able to use our Astoria machine since the baskets mysteriously went missing so my coworkers are ecstatic.

GBIt is so difficult to get a call back… It is so difficult to get a call back from voltage coffee company. On average for me it usually took 2 days to get a follow up call after leaving 3 to 4 voicemails and email messages. They never provide direct on how the installation was going to happen. So you have a shipping crate sitting on your sales floor for several days waiting to see if any one is going to appear and complete the install. No one comes or calls back with a plan or explanation on who's going to install the machine. So I now have the shipping crate in the supply closet as a storage rack.
