We loved it! I was a little concerned at first with how the portrait would come out because of some reviews; but we loved how our Walker came out! I wanted to cry as soon as I saw it. He passed away this last December and wanted to hang up something unique to remember him. This was it. The whole process was very easy. Nice quality. Shipping was super fast too!

Superb customer service for great product Timely and highly competent customer service. I had questions about whether an image would work. Ralph at customer service told me right away with style that it would. This made ordering worry free. After I placed my order, I realized a day later that I selected the wrong portrait size. But customer service efficiently changed my order, kept my discount and got me what I wanted. I wish all customer service experiences were like that! And the product is great too!

I am very pleased I am very pleased. When I opened it, I cried. Looks just like my beautiful golden retriever of 13 years, that I just lost on April 11th. Great gift! Bought a picture and coffee mug for my daughter that turned 18, and she is in love with the products! I plan to purchase another picture and have both of our dogs in this picture…I might add our cats too!
