Amazing customer service We had a portrait done of 2 of our furbabies. Unfortunately we had an issue with 1 of the faces. West & Willow's customer support was a joy to work with. ( namely Merdae). We were constantly updated on progress to rectify the issue. Cannot wait to receive the revised and will definitely recommend West & Willow to all our friends and families looking to get customized portraits of their pets.

The process to have a custom hand painted artwork done was wonderful. The quality of her picture looks hand painted. The design they use is simple yet masterful. The picture is beautiful!!! The picture is beautiful!!!! It looks like my babies and it’s beautifully framed and clean. The ONLY complaint I have is they put my dog’s names above the wrong dog and, I won’t lie, it drives me crazy every time I look at it, but the actual art work is beautiful. I did order another one and I’m hoping the name situation is correct!

Very Bummed! It was not made clear to me that my picture would not include a hat that my dog was wearing. When I submitted the photo, I should have been notified at that time. I received my picture and to my disappointment, it looks like my dog’s head is deformed instead.

Not as Advertised Your website and ordering process are quick and simple. I was a little disappointed with the portrait, it wasn’t positioned or proportionate to the print size and most importantly the portrait doesn’t have any personality. Your ads show portraits that look great even though the picture of the actual pet may look serious. We’ll display it because it was expensive.
