I have now received two orders from… I have now received two orders from Country Wine & Spirits. Except for two mishaps with the first courier on this purchase, I am very happy with Country Wine & Spirits! Will be purchasing again in the not distant future.

Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased spirits from CWS. There was issue with the shipping. FedEx lost my package and then delivered the replacement package to the incorrect address. I contacted customer service via email and they went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. They were willing to file a lost package claim with FedEx and send a new package. Fortunately the package was located and has since been delivered. Point of all this is that the customer service that I received from CWS is very hard to find in this day and age.
