These guys are shocking These guys are shocking. Please be aware. They took my money and then pushed Dialpad software on my Yealink T53. They blocked the setup by constantly pushing a patch update. Dont waste your time. very poor, no accountability. I received no service, no refund and my phone cannot be updated.

Magical been with DialPad for years and… Magical been with Dialpad for years and always has worked as designed, clean and clear with just the right admin features. Concise reporting, great support even thru WhatsApp - Their service infrastructure is top shelf and different from others in a good way. Dialpad is founded by Google Voice Engineers from back in the day. Get on board check it out for your self ;)

Customer sales/service as it should be Having tried to contact numerous platforms, Dialpad was one of only two that bothered to respond. Moses took the time to find out what my needs were and steered me in the correct direction. He then spent time on the phone to direct me through the sign-up pages and how to make the best use of the system. During the trial he stayed in contact, without putting pressure on and then for the final stage he arranged all the paperwork. A credit to the company he represents and a pleasure to cooperate with. Well trained, very knowledgeable and thoroughly professional!
