GBPoor customer service, untimely, careless Order filled but wrong item sent. One damaged bottle in order. Wrote email to customer service and left a voice message on/around December 14, 2023. Order issues still not rectified as of this post (Jan 18, 2024). Do not waste your time or money with this company.

GBOrdered 7 bottles in good faith Ordered 7 bottles in good faith, only 4 were delivered, EM from them saying everything has been delivered, link to CS if there is a problem and 4 requests later for the missing 3 bottles have been unanswered. Reported purchase as fraud to CC company and remember the mantra, "if it's too good to be true....." Avoid these fly by night scammers, you can do better!

GBThey will absolutely flood your inbox for nothing Could use less promotional material. Y'all send so much once you have someone's contact info it kind of makes people have instantaneous regret. You have to get to the webpage to sign up babes, we know you're here. Nobody wants to have to immediately unsubscribe from something, that's just obnoxious. Also the discount offer could have the order minimum in a spot where people are actually going to see it. I may have been inclined to order more if it had been front and center, but instead it felt kinda rug yank-y so I don't think I will be a frequent customer if I use this service again at all. The whisky is good though.

GBReliable and accurate ordering and deliveries. A reliable vendor that I have dealt with before and have nothing but good things to say about them! This season is the second time I have ordered gifts for my managers through ReserveBar, and I have nothing but good things to say about working with these folks. Their prices are reasonable, and they do what they say they'll do both accurately and timely. This year I ordered a bottle of champagne and a bottle of Irish whiskey for each manager for a Xmas gift from the company, and they showed up on time, and no errors in the order. What more can you ask for from a vendor?

GBDon't use their service if you don't want to waste your time. Their system reported delivery but I never received the package. When I complained, the staff told me to check with the neighbors to see if they were delivered by mistake, which is not my job. and they told me to wait for them to contact the delivery party for more than a month and still no results. I asked them to return my money and they said that only when they receive a response from the delivery party will they process my case. The most irresponsible company I have ever known.
