This company seems to have some very… This company seems to have some very significant integrity issues. Got a subscription from my kids for Christmas 2023. The first shipment was delayed one month: lots of excuses. The second shipment was delayed two weeks. Then I was told that they could no longer ship to Tennessee and my subscription was canceled. No offer of a refund. No offer to ship to another address in another State. I do NOT recommend this company.

I've ordered the whiskey advent… I've ordered the whiskey advent calendar 3 years in a row, and my husband loves it. I also order bottles occasionally. Anytime there's an issue, they make it right or do their best to make up for it. Great customer service.

Thanksgiving weekend quick response I emailed over the Thanksgiving weekend about last year's calendar set. To my very pleasant surprise I got a response within 24 hours (During the weekend) with answers to everything I was asking. That type of service is awesome especially with the values in the advent calendar sampler. This is the second year I received one and anticipate that my wife will make it a continued annual event. I especially like that this year I received two glasses in the set. Made it even better to share the experience.

Have fun with the samplers Pretty incredible selection of sport. Have to stay on top of the membership to see if you want to continue using it, I didn't look closely at the email for the annual renewal and missed it, figured it out after I was billed. That was an expensive lesson.

Top Notch customer service and products Originally, my experience wasn’t very great. My 2023 advent calendar showed up mostly damaged. I reached out to Flaviar and on Thanksgiving day got a response that another would be sent out. That surprised me. Not many customer services work on holidays. I was kept in the loop the entire time and never had to reach out once. Needless to say, I’m thoroughly impressed by both the advent calendar itself, but also the customer service. I’ve already directed family to purchasing through Flaviar solely based on those 2 things alone. Fantastic company and products!
