Even in these difficult times i have placed orders with other companies who have delivered goods ordered or refunded asap if there is a problem. This company has done none of these things. I repeat do not order from this company

GBSpeedy delivery, unfortunate ending! We ordered some beer and were impressed by the speed of the delivery as we ordered Sunday and it arrived on Monday, despite being told it would arrive on Wednesday. It was all going so well, until the driver opened the door of the van and sneezed with his face uncovered all over the beer and everything else in the van. He seemed not to notice what he had done. My husband was so shocked. He had to put on gloves and leave the box outside after spraying with disinfectant spray. Luckily the beer was plastic wrapped so not ruined, especially as some of it is a present!!

GBPart filled order and cheap substitution made. Order part filled including a cheaper substitute (white rum instead of dark) now 3 weeks waiting for case of beer that site says is in stock. Don't respond to emails or phone calls. Have some sympathy due to current Covid lockdown but there's zero customer care and web-site still implies deliveries in a few days. Don't touch them at least for now.

GBTwo great experiences I felt compelled to review Liqroo as, despite their low score on Trustpilot, I've had two perfect transactions with them, one just yesterday. They have been very up front on their website about how the current situation is causing problems with supply and staff. Perhaps the fact I live in London might be a factor in positive experiences where they may well have a larger network of staff/drivers etc.
