GBLiqroo has possibly gone bust UPDATE ON MY ORDER. I raised a chargeback through my bank and after about 3 weeks, I got my money refunded in full. Please AVOID Liqroo...!!! After numerous attempts to contact them, they don't respond to any of my emails, they never answer their phone and now their website has gone offline. I received an email from Annie (Customer Care) on 6 September saying that they had water damage in their store but they are shipping from a new location and I would receive my order Wednesday, 9 September. Since this email, I received no further emails and never received my order. I have contacted my bank and raised a chargeback against Ligroo. If this will work or get my money back, I don't know but worth a try.

GBExcellent service, recommended I have ordered on multiple occasions and am always very happy with the service provided. When one of my items was out of stock I received a phone call to inform me and ask for an alternate choice. I’ve used the online help chat function with success to resolve a query too. Delivery drivers always arrive with a smile. I highly recommend this service

GBLost 2 stars for lack of communicatio Lost 2 stars for lack of communication. The chaps at Liqroo clearly do not respond to emails. But... it seems that they will honour your order. I had an outstanding early lockdown order for 1.5L Standard Vodka. It just arrived on 30tb June2020 late by a number of weeks. At least It"s here. Clearly another company struggling.. J But they have delivered albeit late.

GBSame as everyone else Same as everyone else, ordered 3rd of April, no sign of order, no updates, tried using live chat & email but all to no avail. OK, so I'm paying cash on delivery but it would help if someone at liqroo had the decency to contact or update people as to what their status is. I understand these are difficult times at the moment but communication really helps! Thank you. .

GBSpeedy delivery, unfortunate ending! We ordered some beer and were impressed by the speed of the delivery as we ordered Sunday and it arrived on Monday, despite being told it would arrive on Wednesday. It was all going so well, until the driver opened the door of the van and sneezed with his face uncovered all over the beer and everything else in the van. He seemed not to notice what he had done. My husband was so shocked. He had to put on gloves and leave the box outside after spraying with disinfectant spray. Luckily the beer was plastic wrapped so not ruined, especially as some of it is a present!!
