GBDeceiving company! Order my first promotional case as It included 2000 Virgin America bonus point. Months go by and not a single point was granted to my account. When I called I was told by a very rude costumer service agent that " I am asking for something for free" as according to him the promotional points are given only after a costumer purchase a SECOND CASE. What a joke!!!

GBCovet your Virgin Wines Sales Representative. They keep your best interests in mind! I ordered my first case of wine a few years ago under a promotion Virgin Wines. I price checked the bottles (and still do) and find that the prices are better than I can find on my own. When you sign up you get a personal representative who handles your account. I have come to depend on Brittany as my Rep. We have had good conversations on the phone and she knows what I like and will reach out when a good deal for wines I enjoy become available. Over time I have tended to push back my regular shipments in lieu of purchasing the cases she recommends.

GBDisorganized, huge waste of time trying to get reward miles for signing up Signed up as part of a deal to get airline miles. Airline miles never showed up, and I called about 4 or 5 different times trying to figure out why. At first they said they needed more time, then they told me they didn't have my Virgin America number. I supplied my Virgin America number on three different occasions over the phone and each time they told me they had never received it. Hoping this time it works, but still a huge waste of time.

GBVariety is the Spice of Life Too many times we receive the same wines again and again, winding up with 3 or 4 bottles of the same vintage. We like variety and only rate a few wines very high or very low, and frankly are not sure whether our ratings have much effect on what we receive. We supplement our club cases with those from Virgin's mail offers where we have more selections and varieties to choose from so we can, for example, try French roses without expecting them to come in future club cases.

GBWine Club member for several years... Virgin Wines recommended I've been a Wine Club member for several years now. We get good wines from Virgin, and it's fun. It's easy to manage the club online and to buy wine ad hoc. On the few occasions where there has been an issue or I need to contact customer service with a question or request, the service has always been excellent and completely satisfactory. They even refunded the price of a wine we didn't like.
