He was 5 *'s, but it took a while to get there, which suggests that he's taking good care of people, but y'all might be a little light on the staff. He definitely got right on the problem and sorted it out, with a helpful attitude.

I needed to access our DNS servers to… I needed to access our DNS servers to install a TrueShield by a third party security service.
