He was 5 *'s, but it took a while to get there, which suggests that he's taking good care of people, but y'all might be a little light on the staff. He definitely got right on the problem and sorted it out, with a helpful attitude.

CAServices are good Services are good. Cost and flexibility are my main concerns as there are cheaper options out there (though granted maybe not as good service). But also, would be really nice to be able to choose beyond the basic packages and say I want X GB of drive space with X GB of Ram and X processors etc... Overall though the experience has been positive.

CANeed to improve sales customer service I have had an account with VPS for a number of years. Support is super fast and 24/7. I sometimes have difficulty to understand the technical support, due to my lack of technical knowledge. I wish sales were easier to reach. Toll free number not accessible from Canada, not available early EST time and doesn't seem to reply to support tickets (one left 10 months ago was never replied to).

GBLouis helped me today with server Louis helped me today with server, DNS, email, SPF, and security issues. He was wonderful! Very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I’m am not accustomed to such amazing service from any of our vendors. Support like that makes me want to tell everybody that vps.net is the place to be. Thanks for putting him on our case!
