I am not the best on WHM or CPanel but… I am not the best on WHM or CPanel but learning thanks to UK2.nets knowledge base but when I contact Support as I have done twice today the response is always fast, friendly and they sort out the issues and importantly show you how they have done it, so always learning. I needed to access our DNS servers to… I needed to access our DNS servers to install a TrueShield by a third party security service. I submitted a case with VPS.net for instructions to locate the DNS Server. In less than minutes, we had the location and completed our task. Since Sept 2018, every ticket that we have submitted with VPS.net has been solved with this speed.
