GBPoor customer service! I currently have a problem with a recent order. I called, explained the problem, and was assured someone would get back to me. That didn't happen, so I called again the next day. I spoke with Brian, who asked me to email him some information. I did so, and still got no response. I called again the following day (that's now phone call #3 & one email). I spoke with Brian again. He was polite and told me I would be getting a return label. Two days later, and I still have no communication from the company. This is certainly not good customer service. I will not be placing an order with them again.

GBI ordered only once from this store I ordered only once from this store, and I truly love this store. Fast fulfillment, right product sent, no issue whatsoever. I am planning my next order. Many others (caskers, bourbonhuntusa.com, sipwhiskey.com) can learn from this store how to conduct business. 10 out of 5. Certainly recommend.

GBSuprisingly Excellent I was a little hesitant about using a company I never heard of to order a case of expensive wine, but this experience has been wonderful. I initially wanted the wine delivered in Dec due to the hot Florida weather which they accommodated. We are having a cool spell with temperatures in the low 70s so I requested shipping soon. Not only did they do it soon, but it was shipped that day and I received the wine the next day--all of the bottles were cool with ice packs in the shipping containers. From ordering to delivery everything was simple.

GBI recently purchased a case of Austin… I recently purchased a case of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon from Saratoga Wine. After delivery I realized that the wine was not what I ordered. After emailing Saratoga they responded that I should email an attachment of my receipt and photos of the wine bottles and a screenshot of their catalog page. What I ordered and what I received was completely different and mislabeled and misrepresented. They would not admit the mislabeling but said I could return the case and charge a restocking fee and return shipping. The loss to me was not worth it so I kept the wine I didn’t order.
