GBA Very Satisfactory Experience I recently called Saratoga about ordering a case of very obscure Spanish Albarino listed on their website. There customer service rep was pleasant and very helpful. I subsequently ordered my wine on line and it arrived in good shape and in due course.

SaratogaWine.com was the first choice. I had 3 bottles of the wine delivered to me 3 days later. Only $7 for shipping. Awesome service.

GBI recently purchased a case of Austin… I recently purchased a case of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon from Saratoga Wine. After delivery I realized that the wine was not what I ordered. After emailing Saratoga they responded that I should email an attachment of my receipt and photos of the wine bottles and a screenshot of their catalog page. What I ordered and what I received was completely different and mislabeled and misrepresented. They would not admit the mislabeling but said I could return the case and charge a restocking fee and return shipping. The loss to me was not worth it so I kept the wine I didn’t order.
