GBGetting a different vintage than … Getting a different vintage than wanted. Was alerted to change and given opportunity to decline, but still disappointing. Also, couldn't ship to home address( not the fault of Saratoga Wines) but, once again, still disappointing. I hope this vintage is as good as the one ordered.

And I much appreciate the email updates on status so I know exactly when to be home to sign for it. They carry our family wine from Italy. I am a loyal customer.

GBGreat Selection and Service! Considering I live in the west, I continue to buy wine from Saratoga because aside from its fabulous wine selection, it has superior service! When I ordered the last mixed case of wine, I received an email from Saratoga saying that one of the wines I ordered was no longer in inventory. I asked for a suitable substitution. Sure enough, very quickly I received a suggestion of a wonderful white wine substitute. Shipping was relatively fast too (I'm near Fresno)! I'll definitely order from Saratoga again.

GBSuprisingly Excellent I was a little hesitant about using a company I never heard of to order a case of expensive wine, but this experience has been wonderful. I initially wanted the wine delivered in Dec due to the hot Florida weather which they accommodated. We are having a cool spell with temperatures in the low 70s so I requested shipping soon. Not only did they do it soon, but it was shipped that day and I received the wine the next day--all of the bottles were cool with ice packs in the shipping containers. From ordering to delivery everything was simple.
