Out of Stock items can be purchased I ordered two items and one was clearly out of stock even though your site listed it as available. Only after one item shipped and couldn't be cancelled was the order for my other item cancelled. The one item you cancelled (The Gospel Straight Rye, 750ml) is still available for purchase on your site. Overall, not a great customer experience.

Won Soju Hunt My order was supposed to be delivered later than when I received it. Even with me missing my initial drop off time, it was still early AND no damage to the bottles (most impeccable packing I've ever seen). Which is awesome because what I purchased has been out of stock near me or hours away. Overall amazing experience. Will definitely be using you guys again and will recommend to EVERYONE!

Still not delivered Doing the order went fine. Site was easy to use. But gift Still not delivered. Tracking system Claiming suite can’t find. The business is right at address. Address had business name. Still have no idea when will be delivered. Says rescheduled twice Was supposed to be there in 25 March. Was 4 days late first attempt at delivery.

Have placed 3 orders from them Have placed 3 orders from them, this last order took 2 weeks and several emails before I was told it was being shipped. Only after asking about getting a refund did it seem like the issue was addressed. I'm in VA. , it's sold and shipped from N.Y. and it just seemed like a long time to me. Now I need to find Won Soju being sold closer to home.
