GBUnresponsive to customer service inquiry The fact that Tipxy sat on my order for over a month with no update on why it hadn't shipped makes me not want to use Tipxy again. It took me reaching out to the the distillery owner to get a response. This is not ok. Ordering alcohol should not be this much work.

GBOnline ordering system unreliable, shipping is slow While I've had good experience with Tipxy in the past, things seem to have gone downhill. After I placed an order, I was charged but nothing happened for a week. Since there was no communication, I emailed customer service. I got a prompt reply informing me that all but one item in my order is actually out of stock and that the entire order will now be canceled and refunded. The website was listing out-of-stock items as available, but there was no word about when the system might be fixed or if this is just how it works now. I then placed a new order including only the one in-stock item that customer service told me about. This took a full week to ship, but I did receive it after two weeks. Given this experience, I will hesitate to use Tipxy again.

GBFast service with a great product. Fast service with a great product at a reasonable price. Packaging to survive the worst catastrophe. I take my cherry wine in a shot glass as it's quite like a liquor, so full of flavor. Thank you.

GBKosher for Passover alchol The first package came exceptionally well packed. It came in a timely manner. And it was items I could not get in my own city. Add this all up and TIPXY did great.

GBOrdering was easy and the price was… Ordering was easy and the price was right! Getting the right bottle - especially one that's expensive and hard to find - is sometimes difficult, but this was not. Shipping was communicated, and the bottle arrived when promised. I did contact customer service regarding a small issue with the product, but the service was top shelf and the issue was quickly resolved. Great company!
