I never received an e-mail stating the order had been shipped and did not receive a tracking number so I could verify it was physically shipped/ in transit/ or delivered. I still don't know if it was delivered or not.

The order was delivered to my son on the day I requested, and his office raved about how cute it was and how tasty the cookies were. I am so glad I choose Cookiebouquets. And bonus, I live in Ohio and can support an Ohio company.

Don’t use this company for hospital deliveries… Do not use this company for hospital deliveries. We paid 40$ extra to get them to a child at MD Anderson. Supposedly the cookies were delivered to a name we don’t know. There was no picture of drop off and the sweet baby didn’t get his cookies. The manager was extremely unprofessional when we called to find out what happened. She said something about this happening at hospitals but they don’t tell clients this ahead of time. 😢 Supposedly they were gunna track the cookies down and let us know what could be done. Never happened.
