I never received a confirmation email or an email when it shipped/ delivered. When delivered, It was the mug, but not the cookies I ordered and I would have appreciated an email stating what they substituted. My husband was not impressed with the quality of the cookies as they were very dry. I expected excellence with the amount I paid for the bouquet and delivery.

Setting up my account was tedious and… Setting up my account was tedious and difficult to designate a different delivery address versus the billing address. I never received an e-mail stating the order had been shipped and did not receive a tracking number so I could verify it was physically shipped/ in transit/ or delivered. I still don't know if it was delivered or not.

Lovely presentation in the gift box, the online ordering process was simple and the logos looked perfect on the cookies! We had half with our logo and the other half with the client's logo. Good price point too. We will be ordering more of these cookies in the future!
