Setting up my account was tedious and… Setting up my account was tedious and difficult to designate a different delivery address versus the billing address. I never received an e-mail stating the order had been shipped and did not receive a tracking number so I could verify it was physically shipped/ in transit/ or delivered. I still don't know if it was delivered or not.

It should not allow an order to be processed with the date not applicable. We’ve cancelled the order and gone elsewhere. You lost a customer.

Perishable Cookie bouquet left on porch They left cookie bouquet, which is highly perishable in FL weather, on the recipient's porch. They were out of town so they didn't get it. The delivery confirmation said "no signature was requested". That was not an option at purchase that I saw. Why didn't they call / text the person to advise delivery and get alternate instructions like take to neighbor. It's food after all. I was very disappointed with this level of service and carelessness.

This was the 1st time I have used… This was the 1st time I have used Cookiebouquets and the product was fine, the cookies tasted great. What I did not like was that I did not get an estimated delivery date when I placed my order nor did I get a tracking number when it shipped. It took 1 week from when I placed the order to the time it arrived. I was thinking it would arrive within several days. I would order from them again, but I might call in the order to find out all the delivery information.

Everything was perfect The entire process with Cookies Bouquets was perfect. We ordered 8 centerpieces from them with custom 7 cookies in each centerpiece. We gave them the art for the cookies we wanted to use and they had our mockups of the product ready for us on the date they promised. When it was time to pick up the bouquets, they were available on the date and time requested. The bouquets were put together 100% complete for us. They were also wrapped in bubblewrap to protect everything. All of the bouquets were securely packages for us to drive to our event (650 miles). Everything made it from Columbus to Virginia Beach completely intact. There was nothing to do but take them out of their protective packaging and place them on tables.Cookies Bouquets even provided us with some backup cookies in the event that something broke in transit. The people at Cookies Bouquets are also very easy to work with. And to top everything off, not only did the bouquets look beautiful, the cookies tasted great. Everyone at our event enjoyed them.
