Definitely worth ordering from! Easy website to navigate and when I had questions, I called and got all my answers quickly. The customer service was outstanding. I asked my client how they enjoyed the cookies and they said they would give the taste of the cookies a 4 out of 5. I had sent the smiley face box filled with cookies and they indicated that people in the hospital thought it was the cheeriest box and brought smiles to everyone's face. I would order again from Cookie bouquets in a heart beat!

Basket was way too big I send a basket to my friend and she received the cookies in good condition but it was put in a basket that was way too big for it so it looked like there were missing cookies. She even asked me if someone stole some out of there because there were so many empty slots. I would love to understand why my 5 cookie order was put in such a big basket.

This was the 1st time I have used… This was the 1st time I have used Cookiebouquets and the product was fine, the cookies tasted great. What I did not like was that I did not get an estimated delivery date when I placed my order nor did I get a tracking number when it shipped. It took 1 week from when I placed the order to the time it arrived. I was thinking it would arrive within several days. I would order from them again, but I might call in the order to find out all the delivery information.

Don’t use this company for hospital deliveries… Do not use this company for hospital deliveries. We paid 40$ extra to get them to a child at MD Anderson. Supposedly the cookies were delivered to a name we don’t know. There was no picture of drop off and the sweet baby didn’t get his cookies. The manager was extremely unprofessional when we called to find out what happened. She said something about this happening at hospitals but they don’t tell clients this ahead of time. 😢 Supposedly they were gunna track the cookies down and let us know what could be done. Never happened.

Great Experience The photos that our daughter and daughter-in-law sent of their two different cookie bouquets showed that they looked exactly like the photos on Cookie Bouquets's website. My daughter said the cookies were good. If they were warmed for about 20 seconds, the almond flavor of the cookies came out. Each of the bouquets was delivered on time - one in Illinois; the other in Texas, and were ready to ship within 3-4 days after they were ordered. I highly recommend this company.
