GBLeft the restaurant steaming hot got here cold as ice I made an order ,and got it two hours after it left the restaurant and it was ice cold. The company is defending their position saying it was delivered in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor do not use this company.

GBDishonest company This is a very dishonest company. I ordered and had a coupon code which was successfully applied. Upon paying, my credit card was charged for the full amount. I immediately emailed hello at chowbus.com on 11/22/2020 and received no response. I then chatted with Jonas Jias via "intercom" on their chat site and he absolutely refused to refund the $5 to me. I was supposed to get $5 off my first 3 orders. I was also about to place another big order, but they have lost my business and I am complaining about their company. They do not deserve anyone's business if they are going to be this dishonest. Do not think that their app works at all.

GBNo more delivery service without notice I ordered from chowbus last month for delivery from a good restaurant and it was pretty good but when I ordered this time I didn’t notice that I ordered pickup instead of delivery. When I contacted them they’re telling me that they no longer do delivery services!! I don’t even have a car so I’m now asking friends if they can pick up my food for me. And get this, on the website, right next to the customer service section it was the driver service section and their telling me they don’t have deliver services anymore.

GBWe ordered dinner on Friday and it was… We ordered dinner on Friday and it was scheduled to arrive at 8pm. The food did not come until 12pm. My friend was in constant dialogue with the customer service people who were utterly useless and disinterested. They kept saying the food would definitely come and when refunds were discussed, they were completely non-committal. They also refused to give an expected time of arrival at any stage and the driver drove within a couple of blocks of our house numerous times during the night without delivering. If you want to to ruin your Friday night, then order Chowbus, or, the NO Showbus.

GBThey ruined my family reunion on thanksgiving day! I ordered lunch for the family on thanksgiving day through Chowbus. It’s supposed to e delivered between noon to 2:00pm. I was confirmed the order around 9:00am. However, I received a call after 12:15pm from Chowbus saying my lunch order has been canceled because the restaurant is not open for today. My whole family was waiting for the lunch delivery at that time and there was no time for us to prepare other things. When I tried to solve the problem with their customer service, they just rudely disconnected me. At last, they just ignored my request message. Thanksgiving day is such a important family reunion time, especially after long time not seeing the rest of the family during the pandemic. It is really unfair that the Chowbus team is so irresponsible! They could at least notify me a little earlier. Even before today, they have barely delivered within the time window they promised. Don’t trust this business. Service is very bad and customer service is rude and irresponsible!
