GBAwful experience with customer… Awful experience with customer services. I've been a victim of fraud using Chowbus and customer services just ignored me after I told them about the issue. The transaction was still pending when I got in touch so maybe with some quick action it could have been resolved - but received no help at all

HKlots of great food options in Toronto… lots of great food options in Toronto and the delivery rates are fair and transparent. Also, it's such a saving for me to subscribe to Chowbus plus so that I save a ton on the delivery cost, which could be 20+ dollars with other platforms. Love the customer service folks who helped me patiently. Will recommend more to my friends.

ITTimely delivery They always meet delivery deadlines. The food arrives hot and flavourful. It's a real treat.

GBNOT RECOMMENDED! NOT RECOMMENDED! Don’t use chowbus. Their food takes extremely long to deliver. By the time it arrived to me it was cold. App issues telling me the driver had my food when he didn’t. Horrible customer service. I rather use other delivery apps than this. Never again
