GBDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Just as everyone has said before DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DELIVERY SERVICE. Made an order at 12pm to a restaurant only a few miles away. The customer service on the app was no help at all (Yu Mei). At 2pm we called the restaurant and they said the order had been picked up 1 hour ago. So now, even if we do get our food. It will have been sitting around for over an hour without proper heating or storage. Terrible service and no reimbursement. Please do not order from here!

GBTrying to sign up...but Reached out last Wednesday as a restaurant looking to sign up for their service. Three email exchanges with two different people back and forth and gave them our name location and contact for sign up. As of today Monday, nothing. We sent an email again following up this morning. Nothing. Disappointed. Understand if we are busy but some sort of update would be appreciated.

GBNOT RECOMMENDED! NOT RECOMMENDED! Don’t use chowbus. Their food takes extremely long to deliver. By the time it arrived to me it was cold. App issues telling me the driver had my food when he didn’t. Horrible customer service. I rather use other delivery apps than this. Never again

GBNever again. 2hr+ wait, delivery driver is on a personal errand First time I was excited to order from here as it had Asian restaurants I didn't see before, offering delivery. But that was the exception. My wait time updated from an hour wait to 2 hr wait . I got 30 more minutes. I looked at the map and see driver is at a grocery store... I guess he had other errands to run..will never ever use this again. 2 hr wait for food, when restaurant is 15 minutes away. And the driver is doing their personal shopping while I'm guessing my food is getting cold in the car.

GBThey ruined my family reunion on thanksgiving day! I ordered lunch for the family on thanksgiving day through Chowbus. It’s supposed to e delivered between noon to 2:00pm. I was confirmed the order around 9:00am. However, I received a call after 12:15pm from Chowbus saying my lunch order has been canceled because the restaurant is not open for today. My whole family was waiting for the lunch delivery at that time and there was no time for us to prepare other things. When I tried to solve the problem with their customer service, they just rudely disconnected me. At last, they just ignored my request message. Thanksgiving day is such a important family reunion time, especially after long time not seeing the rest of the family during the pandemic. It is really unfair that the Chowbus team is so irresponsible! They could at least notify me a little earlier. Even before today, they have barely delivered within the time window they promised. Don’t trust this business. Service is very bad and customer service is rude and irresponsible!
