**** the Chowbus Well, let’s see… waited 3 hours for our delivery via the Chowbus. Delivery never happened. Called restaurant. They said the Chowbus people never showed up! What?! So why can’t the Chowbus peeps call us and say they’re not coming. So I drive 3 hrs later to get cold food. Now I’m trying to get the delivery charge AND the tip back. **** the Chowbus, 😞

NOT RECOMMENDED! NOT RECOMMENDED! Don’t use chowbus. Their food takes extremely long to deliver. By the time it arrived to me it was cold. App issues telling me the driver had my food when he didn’t. Horrible customer service. I rather use other delivery apps than this. Never again

Support local Asian businesses, but don't use this app Customer service representative are all rude and didn't even let me know they were from Chowbus. It was just a random number from Florida and then the representative had the audacity to yell at me and rush me instead of taking her time to talk to me about the situation. Great idea on the app to help other Asian businesses out, but horrible customer service.

We ordered dinner on Friday and it was… We ordered dinner on Friday and it was scheduled to arrive at 8pm. The food did not come until 12pm. My friend was in constant dialogue with the customer service people who were utterly useless and disinterested. They kept saying the food would definitely come and when refunds were discussed, they were completely non-committal. They also refused to give an expected time of arrival at any stage and the driver drove within a couple of blocks of our house numerous times during the night without delivering. If you want to to ruin your Friday night, then order Chowbus, or, the NO Showbus.
