We ordered dinner on Friday and it was… We ordered dinner on Friday and it was scheduled to arrive at 8pm. The food did not come until 12pm. My friend was in constant dialogue with the customer service people who were utterly useless and disinterested. They kept saying the food would definitely come and when refunds were discussed, they were completely non-committal. They also refused to give an expected time of arrival at any stage and the driver drove within a couple of blocks of our house numerous times during the night without delivering. If you want to to ruin your Friday night, then order Chowbus, or, the NO Showbus.

Awful experience with customer… Awful experience with customer services. I've been a victim of fraud using Chowbus and customer services just ignored me after I told them about the issue. The transaction was still pending when I got in touch so maybe with some quick action it could have been resolved - but received no help at all

Terrible service and overcharge of fees Terrible service, full of scam, over 30% delivery fees, and with many hidden fees without being disclosed until you are charged. I would give it 0 star if I could! Stay away from Chowbus - I will never use it again!

**** the Chowbus Well, let’s see… waited 3 hours for our delivery via the Chowbus. Delivery never happened. Called restaurant. They said the Chowbus people never showed up! What?! So why can’t the Chowbus peeps call us and say they’re not coming. So I drive 3 hrs later to get cold food. Now I’m trying to get the delivery charge AND the tip back. **** the Chowbus, 😞

Worst customer service They don't have a customer service department. I placed an order by mistake, and sent a message to cancel right away. Someone contacted me in 15 minutes, and told me that they couldn't cancel my order because it was too late. So I felt like I was forced to have something that I didn't intend to order. It is very difficult to navigate through their system. And there are many hidden fees associated with it. Be careful! I would not recommend this platform to anyone.
