Great experience as always As a breeder, I use Paw Print Genetics often. I’ve always had great experiences and such friendly help when I’ve needed to call. This last time was a bit more complicated with dogs in different locations even though I’d submitted the request as if they were all close by. After calling and explaining the situation everything worked out perfectly.

Overall great experience The purchase process was easy and the discount code for multiple dogs was appreciated. I received the test kits and the instructions for collection were clear and concise. Once I sent the samples, the website provided an estimate of time for when the results would be ready. My dogs’ results were ready two days before the estimated date. The reports are easy to read and interpretations are well explained.

A little hiccup Actually a little bump in the road. I never received an email that testing was backed up and the date of completing estimated for a week longer. I found this by logging into my account and seeing message next to all 3 dogs being tested. So I called. I was explained that do to unforeseen circumstances,my reports would be available in another week. Although a hiccup, I was pleased to receive a day earlier than estimated.
