The test kits came quickly, and were easy to use. Once the tests were in the return mail, I could electronically follow the tests’ progress. The results were faster than expected. Overall great experience The purchase process was easy and the discount code for multiple dogs was appreciated. I received the test kits and the instructions for collection were clear and concise. Once I sent the samples, the website provided an estimate of time for when the results would be ready. My dogs’ results were ready two days before the estimated date. The reports are easy to read and interpretations are well explained.
