Always very helpful whether over the phone or be email. Blessed to have all my dogs listed as Clear and explanations as how this decision was arrived at in terms that the average person can understand. Great experience as always As a breeder, I use Paw Print Genetics often. I’ve always had great experiences and such friendly help when I’ve needed to call. This last time was a bit more complicated with dogs in different locations even though I’d submitted the request as if they were all close by. After calling and explaining the situation everything worked out perfectly.

I sent in an order for a DNA profile… I sent in an order for a DNA profile and wasn't notified that they didn't have the testing material until Weeks Later then I had to resubmit DNA and wait even more time. I wish we had choices of other companies to use in our breed Club but unfortunately we don't

The test kits came quickly, and were easy to use. Once the tests were in the return mail, I could electronically follow the tests’ progress. The results were faster than expected.
