Overall great experience The purchase process was easy and the discount code for multiple dogs was appreciated. I received the test kits and the instructions for collection were clear and concise. Once I sent the samples, the website provided an estimate of time for when the results would be ready. My dogs’ results were ready two days before the estimated date. The reports are easy to read and interpretations are well explained.

A little hiccup Actually a little bump in the road. I never received an email that testing was backed up and the date of completing estimated for a week longer. I found this by logging into my account and seeing message next to all 3 dogs being tested. So I called. I was explained that do to unforeseen circumstances,my reports would be available in another week. Although a hiccup, I was pleased to receive a day earlier than estimated.

Paw Print was offering a discount at the show, so we were able to take advantage of the savings and get more of my dog's testing done! We had the results in a couple of weeks!
