Poor communication I was given a purchase order link after finalizing the product details. After making the purchase for the set amount, I was sent an email and told my order would be have to be $50 more for shipping because it did not qualify for the over $299 free shipping amount. At no point, was I informed of this maximum amount. Rather than bite the bullet and cover the cost of shipping, they agreed to cancel my order. I spent too long trying to get the perfect advertising product with this company only for it to fall through due to poor communication. Vistaprint has better options at less the cost and better customer experience.

Hightly recommend purchasing from Westshape!… This is the first time I have had to place an order for a canopy and Westshape made the process so easy. They answered all of my questions quickly. I had a few changes that I made when they sent the proof and they changed the proof and resent it to me within minutes of my request! They made the changes exactly how I wanted them. A very pleasant experience Working with Westshade has been a very pleasant experience thus far. Most of our interaction was done thru emailing back and forth but they are extremely prompt in their response time and also helpful. I was able to receive a completely free design of the customized tent that I've wanted to have made. They followed my design idea perfectly and made sure they beat a quote given to me by a local competitor. I placed my order today so I'll update my review once I receive it!
