Ordered a custom canopy Ordered a custom canopy. Canopy was great, after two uses and no force the bottom flat foot broke into two pieces. Contacted customer service, they said they dont sell just the small 2 dollar injection molded foot, said I would have to buy a whole leg at $140 dollars. A good customer service company would go pull one off and send one for a poor injection molded part. Willing to pay for a foot but not 140, might as well go buy another canopy at that point. Poor Quality, I recommend another company.

Their customer service is above and beyond We started out rocky with my shipment, some items were missed and the wrong carry case was sent (according to me). However after dealing with customer service, they went above and beyond to correct everything to my satisfaction. I admit that I was unhappy at first, but they did everything to make it right and I couldn't ask for better service. The canopy itself is fabulous! They nailed the design and it looks amazing. I will be proud to use it at events. They stand behind their work and work hard to keep their customers happy.

I ordered a 20"x10" custom canopy tent, and they did several mockups for me with very little effort on my part. They were accommodating to my needs, got my order in as soon as I confirmed the final mockup, and had it to me within a couple days. I highly recommend this company as a small business owner.
