Not a good experience Not a good experience. The products weren't good quality (I might have expected that from the price), but on top of that several of the products were broken when I received them.

Uncaring and Unconcerned I bought some clothing from this company, after two weeks I enquired where my items were I received a 'no reply' email. After several more tries I eventually got an answer saying my items were on its way, after about a week I enquired again with the same reply, items on its way. By now it was 8 weeks from my original enquiry. I then asked for a refund but was again told my items were on its way but held up at a sorting house. On my final enquiry they said my item had arrived and I should check with neighbours. I still have not received my order so had to take things further to try and get a refund. This was now 3 Months from my first enquiry, not once did they apologise or take any responsibility. Based on my experience I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

Bad Service Bad Service, stay away from them, i haven' t receive my purchase yet after 75 days and no one is answering me about refunding my money back.

Avoid at all costs Awful, delayed product, no customer service at all!! You submit a ticket and they provide a response and then if you reply they ignore you. I have still not received my product and I don’t expect to now so that’s nearly £200 down the drain and I can’t contact them to do anything about it! I will never shop here again and will be recommending that nobody else does either!

Pathetic service ..Never order…Ransom collection Pathetic service ..Don't order from this website guy. They would offer premium shipping at extra charge but would never deliver on time. Orders on 18th July and was promised 28th July as delivery. It was then extended to 15th august and then 25th august. Now on 25th august, they are asking to wait to 6 months!!! Not willing to refund money as they want the package acknowledge for refund, so another 6 months.
