Uncaring and Unconcerned I bought some clothing from this company, after two weeks I enquired where my items were I received a 'no reply' email. After several more tries I eventually got an answer saying my items were on its way, after about a week I enquired again with the same reply, items on its way. By now it was 8 weeks from my original enquiry. I then asked for a refund but was again told my items were on its way but held up at a sorting house. On my final enquiry they said my item had arrived and I should check with neighbours. I still have not received my order so had to take things further to try and get a refund. This was now 3 Months from my first enquiry, not once did they apologise or take any responsibility. Based on my experience I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

No refund of damages items and no care! I received defective items and inaccurate measurements so I complained and they offered me refund but until now nearly 2 months I have not received the refund yet and they sent me email that the problem has been resolved from their end and can not do anything about it. So yes I received the rubbish and lost my money. So be careful don't shop with them ever!

Avoid at all costs Awful, delayed product, no customer service at all!! You submit a ticket and they provide a response and then if you reply they ignore you. I have still not received my product and I don’t expect to now so that’s nearly £200 down the drain and I can’t contact them to do anything about it! I will never shop here again and will be recommending that nobody else does either!

I appreciate the follow up and the service, this is a client oriented site I have had a very positive experience with this site, as i received all the help from them during all the shopping process. They offer very good products at a very reasonable prices, more their customer service helped me during all the shopping process. I'm a satysfied buyer!
