GBI have spent countless hours on the… I have spent countless hours on the phone with Aloha techs over the past few months due to a plethora of system issues. The technician I spoke with today was easily the best over the phone customer service/technical support experience I have ever had. He deserves a raise and promotion. Knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the issue effciently.

GBThe last Tech on the Phone was great The last Tech on the Phone was great, this was a very challenging situation for both Hosts. Everyone did their best to help and fix the issue.

GBThe only reason I even gave two stars… The only reason I even gave two stars is because of the out of country tech support. They are extremely professional and helpful. The sales team and installers leave a lot to be desired!! The sales team never returned our calls or responded to emails, it’s a shame considering the money spent on an inferior, outdated product. The installation team was in a hurry to leave for their vacation and did not set up the printers correctly. They did not test to insure that they were working properly. The so called trainer stuck around for an hour after he messed up the ticket routing. No one responded to help us. Overall extremely dissatisfied.
