Bridesmaid Dress It took SO LONG to get here that I had to go with a different dress. Then, of course, they won't let me return the dress either. The color doesn't look the same as it did on the website. I will never order anything from them again.

Outraged! This site is extremely misleading. The people do not speak very good English and they do not RETURN anything! I bought a dress on January 31st and did not receive it until 56 day later. Not only did I get it after I needed it, it is the wrong color. They were hard to get a hold of and when I finally did they said they did nothing wrong. Their customer service is horrible and they will not work with me. They didn't even apologize or explain why it took almost 3 months to get me the dress I order. DO NOT ORDER ANY THING FROM THESE PEOPLE! IT'S A SCAM AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!! I am completely outraged! Never in my life have I ever come across such a poor business.

Do not buy "Please listen and do not buy from them! My dress was horrible. Poor condition, different lengths.. Then they told me that the dress was perfect and they do not accept refunds. Please do me a favor and buy somewhere else. This company is horrible. Bad customer service and bad dresses. You dress will look poor quality and feel of poor quality. And they don't care. I can't wear the dress because people will ask me if I shrunk the outside and and the right side. The hem of the lining hangs down at least an inch from the outside layer and one side is longer than the other. They did nothing. They said they make their dresses of best quality and that I am lying. Do not buy from them!

Bad quality and bad service Really poor quality garment with faults in stitching and seams. Even worse service on top. Had to resolve issue through paypal disputes, never reply to emails that are problems....

Product came on time as promised Product came on time as promised. helpful and friendly CS that makes the shopping experience a breeze. Bought a flower girl dress from there and wasn't dissapointed with the quality of the item. I'd reccommend shopping from celeb16 if your looking for great items at really low price
