I have received many gift baskets from… I have received many gift baskets from this company from a friend of mine. They are complete garbage. ( I don't have the heart to tell him so i'm going to send him one to show him). Firstly, don't be fooled by the photos. All of their baskets are filled to the top with cardboard first, so if your getting a huge basket like I did Christmas time, it looks like there is a lot of stuff in it, but there isn't, it is filled with tiny packages of crap that are not worth the money spent. You can get much more value elsewhere. Not here.

Absolutely the worst crap ever Absolutely the worst crap ever! Nothing was edible in the whole basket and I'm not exaggerating. We opened each box and tasted, gagged and threw out. The best was some cookies that literally had no taste! I just don't understand why anyone would send this to someone other than they have never tasted any of it and it's just a simple click to order. Horrible.

The company does not enable recipients of this junk to review the product on their website. How many gift recipients are willing to tell the gift giver how they were sold an expensive cardboard box filled with garbage????

Terrible customer service unfortunately. They are poorly trained on the product line. English is not their primary language skillset. Confused about current catalog offerings. Supervisor didn't even have a let's see how we can help you attitude. Run away....

A Ghirardelli sweets gift A Ghirardelli sweets gift. Great idea - I love sweets. But I discarded the baked goods - nothing but chemicals and preservatives. Except for a little bag of pretzels the candies are all creams and honestly- boring. Not a caramel or an especially flavorful one in the bunch. My gift giver could’ve gone to the local candy store and gotten a better, tastier and surely - cheaper - collection that would have tasted far better. I would never recommend this gift.
