Perfectly sweet I was worried because this particular basket had such bad reviews, and honestly I didn’t believe it because I ordered things before and they have been excellent. I am super pleased, what a beautiful gift, I gave to a friend that was ill. What a perfect gift, I always get tempted to buy me one, maybe one day I will.thank you for all the elegant work that you do.

Cookie Gift Baskets My family received a cookie gift basket from my father for Christmas. The cookies were impersonally wrapped with uniform packaging with the word ACORN on it. We tried a few of the cookies. The chocolate/chocolate chip cookie had a strange after taste and the raspberry cake smelled strongly and was virtually tasteless. Despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee, the customer service manager I spoke with could only credit my dad's account 20% of the purchase price of $60 or $12. My father purchased 10 of these baskets for family members this year for Christmas but he will no longer be a customer of Wine Country next year.

This company sells nothing but junk in… This company sells nothing but junk in pretty boxes. Do not send this as a gift. The company does not enable recipients of this junk to review the product on their website. How many gift recipients are willing to tell the gift giver how they were sold an expensive cardboard box filled with garbage????

I have ordered thousands of dollars in… I have ordered thousands of dollars in gift baskets over the years. The decline in customer service is palpable. Rude and inept. I referred a friend to order 3 large wine baskets listed as free shipping. Called customer service to assist. Absolutely clueless and not helpful so our Companies are now customers of another wine and gift Company. EPIC FAILURE

They will not answer any of your questions and just keep rambling about everything else but what you have asked. Delivery problems. Made unscheduled attempts. Did not fix the issue. Had email and phone contact. Never again!!!
